PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE BEFORE USING TANGERINE.APP, (THE 'SITE') OR USING OUR MOBILE APPLICATION (OUR 'APP'). BY UTILIZING OUR APP, OR ACCESSING ANY PAGE ON OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE CURRENT VERSION OF OUR TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

The use of the platform (including the App) shall be subject to the following Terms of Use valid at the time of download or order. Snap it does not acknowledge any different general terms and conditions belonging to you unless Snap it agrees to their validity in writing.

You accept the validity and applicability of these terms and conditions by downloading the App and/or purchasing a paid subscription, as the case may be.

2. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number and the expiration date of your credit card.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Paid Subscription

3.1 Subscription Description

To be able to fully benefit from Snap it services, additional service packages in the form of paid subscriptions (“Subscription access”) will be made available to you after downloading the App. These can be purchased for different, and variable periods of time, which you will see in the order options.

Snap it subscriptions are paid subscriptions that allow you to access additional content and features through our App. All the premium packages offer the same sets of premium features:

• Unlock all the current patterns and the upcoming ones;
• Enable the text color and font features;
• Enable all the Widgets;

We currently offer the following subscription / service packages:

• The Snap it Monthly Premium service package will charge you on a monthly basis;
• The Snap it Yearly Premium service package will charge you on a yearly basis.

4. All information we collect on this Site, through our App, or through your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, App, and Service, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Copyright Notices

If Snap it publishes Material that you think infringes your copyright, please email us at jminusleedotnet@gmail.com and we will address your concerns. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any Content without prior notice. 

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, information on the site may sometimes contain errors or inaccuracies. Snap it does not make any warranty as to the correctness or reliability of the site's content or any text messages we send out to Users.

7. We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site and App thereafter.

8. Your continued use of the Site and App following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
